The plaintiffs of the EthereumMax (EMAX) investor class motion lawsuit have been given a closing probability to amend their claims towards the celebrities they accuse of selling the now-defunct cryptocurrency.
In an Oct. 3 court docket order, United States District Court docket Choose Michael Fitzgerald stated he’s giving the EMAX traders a 3rd and closing probability to submit an amended grievance.
